New pricing info

I added prices from my 7th consultation (“Dr. Livingston”) to the Procedure Pricing page. 

This doctor started out saying he wouldn’t do an “extreme makeover”.   He won’t do a body lift.   He’ll do an abdominoplasty by itself.   He didn’t even want to do anything to address outer thighs and buttocks which is where he lost me.  Not just not at the same time, not at all.  To me that says “you’re not worth it” because it’s obviously not that there’s no possibility of correction there.   All the other 6 consultations have intended to do it.   There may be trade offs between safety, scars, time and money but those are my trade-offs to assess, not his.  

He does want to do a medial thigh lift.  He won’t do it with anything else except maybe a breast lift.

I think he wanted to do the breast lift without augmentation but that’s not what the quote says so maybe I’m remembering wrong.

The whole experience was unpleasant, I’d never use him.
